SuperStroke Slim Lite Captures 3 Top 25’s

May 9, 2011

SuperStroke Slim Lite putter grip helped gain top 25 finishes on the PGA, Champions and European Tours.  The Slim Lite, measures1.3 inches in diameter and weighs 64 grams, has quickly become a trusted grip for many players at the tour level.

One of the SuperStroke Slim Lite grips was played by a former British Open winner on his way to a T5 at the Regions Tradition, this year’s first major on the Champions Tour.  The player was impressive around the greens, finishing the week 1st in total birdies, T4 in Putts Per Round and 7th in Putts Per GIR.  The top 5 finish jumped him from 18th to 9th in the Charles Schwab Cup points race for the year.

On the PGA Tour, a former PGA Championship winner finished T24 at the Wells Fargo Championship.  The 12-time PGA Tour winner has 5 top 25 finished in his 9 events played this year with the SuperStroke grip designed to eliminate wrist breakdown throughout the stroke.  This player also tied his low round of the year with a first round 66, using only 26 putts on the day.

At the Open de Espana on the European Tour, a 3-time European Tour champion finished T24, using a SuperStroke putter grip. This was his 2nd top 25 finish since switching to the Slim Lite at the Volvo China Open.

Worldwide success has continued to grow each week.  To date, 88 tour players have now trusted the technology found exclusively in the SuperStroke Fatso, Slim, Slim Lite and UltraSlim grips.
